1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Trading Decisions Lab website, tools, indicators, or any related services (collectively, the “Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Return Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

2. Informational and Educational Purposes Only

Trading Decisions Lab provides tools, indicators, and related services designed solely to support users in understanding trading strategies and analyzing market trends. These resources are educational aids and are not intended to provide — and should not be construed as providing — any form of financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice.

• Trading Decisions Lab does NOT act as a financial advisor, investment advisor, broker, dealer, or fiduciary
• Trading Decisions Lab does NOT recommend any specific securities, investments, or trading strategies
• Any signals, alerts, or analyses generated by the Services are for educational illustration only
• You are solely responsible for your own investment research and decisions

3. Risk Disclosure

• Trading financial instruments can result in the complete loss of your invested capital
• Losses may exceed your initial investment, particularly when using leverage, margin, or derivative instruments
• Past performance of any strategy, indicator, or trading approach is not indicative of future results
• Historical data, backtested results, and simulated performance do NOT guarantee similar outcomes in live trading
• The Software may contain errors, bugs, or inaccuracies that could result in incorrect signals or analyses

4. License & Permitted Use

Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use TDL indicators on TradingView for your own private use. You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or distribute TDL indicators or strategies
• Share your Whop access credentials with others
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any TDL indicator code
• Use TDL content in any commercial product or service without written permission
• Attempt to extract, scrape, or reproduce proprietary algorithms or methodologies

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are billed through Whop at the price listed at time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your Whop account.

Trading Decisions Lab does not process payments directly. For billing issues, contact Whop support. All sales are final as described in our Return Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All TDL indicator code, website content, branding, and materials are the intellectual property of Trading Decisions Lab. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited. Violation may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Trading Decisions Lab expressly disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any particular trading results or profits.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trading Decisions Lab, its owners, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of TDL indicators or any trading decisions made based on TDL content. This includes, without limitation, any trading losses, lost profits, or damages resulting from errors or interruptions in the Services.

9. Account Termination

Trading Decisions Lab reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, abuse, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your license to use the indicators is immediately revoked.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

11. Modifications

Trading Decisions Lab reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via our website or email. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
