All Sales Are Final
Due to the digital and immediately-delivered nature of our products — software licenses, indicator access, and subscription services — Trading Decisions Lab does not offer refunds, returns, credits, or exchanges under any circumstances. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy.
1. No-Refund Policy
Trading Decisions Lab maintains a strict no-refund policy. All sales are final, without exception. This policy applies to:
- All subscription plans (monthly, quarterly, annual, or any other duration)
- All one-time purchases
- All service tiers and access levels
- All add-ons, upgrades, and downgrades
- All promotional or discounted purchases
- All purchases regardless of payment method
2. Why Digital Products Are Non-Refundable
When access is granted, Trading Decisions Lab has delivered the product in full:
- Proprietary intellectual property has been delivered to you
- Confidential algorithms and methodologies have been disclosed
- Server resources have been allocated for your use
- Account provisioning and setup costs have been incurred
Digital goods cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense. This is standard industry practice for software licenses and subscription services.
3. Pre-Purchase Acknowledgment
By completing a purchase, you confirm that:
- You have thoroughly reviewed our website, service descriptions, and available materials before purchasing
- You understand exactly what you are purchasing
- You have had the opportunity to ask questions before purchasing
- You have made an informed decision to proceed
- You acknowledge the non-refundable nature of digital products

4. Recurring Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal
Trading Decisions Lab offers subscription-based services that automatically renew until cancelled. By subscribing, you:
- Authorize Trading Decisions Lab to automatically charge your selected payment method at the rate and frequency indicated at purchase
- Acknowledge that all renewal charges are non-refundable
- Accept sole responsibility for cancelling before the next billing date if you do not wish to renew
It is your sole responsibility to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle if you do not wish to be charged. Trading Decisions Lab is not obligated to remind you of upcoming charges, though we may do so as a courtesy.
5. How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Whop account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your access remains active until the end of your current paid billing period
- No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for unused time
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
Note: Cancellation is only valid when completed through your Whop account and confirmed in writing. Emailing a cancellation request without written confirmation from Trading Decisions Lab does not constitute valid cancellation.
6. Upgrades & Downgrades
Plan changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refunds, credits, or compensation are available for the unused portion of your current plan when upgrading or downgrading.
7. Service Interruptions
We strive to provide reliable, continuous service. However, no refunds, credits, or compensation will be provided for temporary service interruptions, outages, third-party platform issues (including TradingView), data feed delays, or technical issues on your end.
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute, the following will occur:
- Immediate permanent termination of your access to all Trading Decisions Lab services
- Permanent ban from creating new accounts or purchasing any future services
- Trading Decisions Lab reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including recovery of the disputed amount, chargeback fees, and legal costs
For legitimate billing errors, contact us first at TradingDecisionsLab@gmail.com. We will investigate and work to resolve legitimate errors.
9. Account Suspension & Termination
If your account is suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of our Terms of Service, no refunds will be issued for any remaining subscription period and access will be revoked immediately.
10. Price Changes
Trading Decisions Lab reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes apply to new subscribers immediately and to existing subscribers at their next renewal date. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
11. Pre-Purchase Recommendations
Before purchasing, we strongly encourage you to:
- Thoroughly review our website and all service descriptions
- Watch any available demos or preview materials
- Read user testimonials, reviews, and community feedback
- Review our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
- Contact us with any questions before purchasing
- Verify compatibility with your TradingView account level
